Competent Inspectorate and Consultants Pvt. Ltd. (Formerly Competent Inspectorate and Consultants LLP) has been Serving Industry Since 2009 ( In the name “Sun- Mann Engineers & Consultants from 2009 to 2015) to provide highly competitive specialized Third Party Inspection ,Training and Field Services to support companies in building and managing their assets, ensure quality, compliance, improve reliability, performance and avoid the occurrence of incidents. Competent Inspectorate and Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is lead by two experts with over 40 Years of experience , Mr. I.S. Gururajachar (Executive Director) and Dr. Rama Dasu Pittala (Managing Director).
CICPL has been accredited by NABCB, Quality Council of India as Type A INSPECTION BODY as per 1S0/IEC 17020 :2012.
CICPL is Managed by professionals with thorough knowledge and experience in Quality Assurance, inspection / quality control of Project supplies, industrial equipment, materials, and field Quality including welding and NDT.

OUR UNIQUE PROCESS
CIC has built Unique Inspection Management System taking care of all the critical processes in the Inspection Services on MS Azure Platform. Due to the system driven approach, timely deliverables are ensured, with accuracy of reporting.
Receipt of Enquiry. Review for risks, Conflict of interest, adequacy of resources including competencies. Preparation and submission of offer. Receipt of Order, review and acceptance of Order. Allocation of Key Account Manager (Coordinator)

Coordination with Customer (Obtaining CV approval if needed), Inspector, and Vendor. Timely planning, transmission of all reference documents, ensuring approval status, formats.

Remote Monitoring of the inspection process by expert coordinators. Informing customer about critical issues, NCs, in real time, for faster resolution.

Review and submission of service reports by expert coordinators. Resolution of issues raised if any within the shortest possible time.
